Salone del Mobile.Milano 2026 once again positioned Milan at the centre of the global design conversation.
At Hall 15, Stand A24, Castro presented an immersive environment where material, craftsmanship, and light came together to define a clear and distinctive identity. Throughout the week, we welcomed architects, interior designers, and partners from around the world, sharing not only new pieces, but a vision rooted in The Art of Brass.

The stand was conceived as a curated, gallery-like space, where each piece was presented on plinths, evoking the presence of objects in a museum.
This approach created a more contemplative experience. Each design was given space to breathe, allowing visitors to focus on detail, proportion, and materiality. Rather than overwhelming the viewer, the environment encouraged a slower, more intentional engagement.
Light and reflection played a central role, revealing the depth and character of brass, expressing The Art of Brass through atmosphere, texture, and form.

Among the highlights were the latest additions to the Magma collection, defined by fluid forms and a sense of controlled movement.
Magma Suspension introduced a sculptural presence, where brass appears almost molten, shaped into a dynamic composition of light and form.

Magma Dining Table extended this language into furniture, becoming a central piece that balances function with artistic expression.

Magma Mirror explored reflection as an extension of material, adding depth and atmosphere to interior spaces.

Alongside this collection, Stala Linear offered a more architectural approach. With precise lines and a refined composition, it introduced clarity and balance, demonstrating a different yet complementary expression of light.

Together, these pieces embody The Art of Brass, where material is not static, but shaped into movement, emotion, and presence.
Beyond the pieces and the space, it was the conversations that defined the experience.
Throughout the week, the stand became a meeting point for meaningful exchanges, new collaborations, and the strengthening of existing relationships. Clients and partners engaged closely with the work, gaining a deeper understanding of the processes, materials, and intentions behind each piece.
These encounters are what give continuity to design, transforming objects into shared visions.

Salone del Mobile 2026 reaffirmed Castro Lighting’s commitment to a design approach where matter is the starting point and craftsmanship defines the outcome.
Through brass, each creation becomes more than an object, it becomes presence, identity, and light shaped by time and expertise. This is the essence of The Art of Brass.
