Set within a refined residential interior in Ukraine, this project by Natalia Babaryka of Domin Design reveals a seamless dialogue between architecture, materials, and lighting. The dining room and hall are conceived as a continuous spatial experience, where soft neutral tones meet sculptural lighting pieces, creating an atmosphere of quiet luxury and elevated comfort.

At the heart of the dining area, the Safi Suspension takes center stage, cascading elegantly from the ceiling in a rhythmic composition of pendants. More than a lighting fixture, it becomes a visual anchor, enhancing verticality and adding a sense of movement to the space. Its intricate detailing and warm glow interact beautifully with the surrounding materials, from the subtle veining of marble to the brushed brass finishes, resulting in a layered and sophisticated ambiance.

Inspired by the architectural richness of Safi, this suspension embodies both grandeur and delicacy. The interplay of light and shadow creates depth across the dining setting, softly highlighting textures and reinforcing the room’s serene yet luxurious identity.

A Refined Transition: The Hall

Extending the same design language, the hall introduces a more intimate yet equally refined atmosphere. Here, the Triumph Wall Light plays a defining role, bringing sculptural simplicity and artisanal character to the space.

Composed of handcrafted brass elements,  one hammered, one polished, the piece subtly contrasts textures while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Its vertical presence enhances the architectural lines of the corridor, while the warm, diffused light creates a welcoming and serene transition between spaces.
